有關直升機運補災區這件事
我住在嘉義市八掌溪畔，目前每天總會常聽到直升機轟隆隆的聲音越過天際，我猜大概水上機場把八掌溪當成指標，做成直升機的運補空中走廊吧？
當然，災區的救助是絕對必要的。不過我有點想法與大家分享：
我一個常在做山區案子的同學就曾經告訴我，如果要做那種車輛運輸到達不了的山區工程規劃設計案，基本上要用直升機運補資材（包含廢棄物的清運），此時的搬運費用，在經驗上他們大約都抓一公斤一萬元，當然這跟直升機行的時間有關（比如說每天一早直升機要從台北飛來，那個飛行時間也要算在帳上），不過抓預算時那個費用可以做為基本的數據。
問題來了。目前留在山上災區的民眾有多少人？假設目前每天有兩千人需要運補好了，每個人一天需要的食物、藥品、其他生活必需品等用品，我們就抓個每人每天一公斤。所以請問帳面上每天要花掉多少直升機的費用？
2,000人 x 1 公斤/人 x 10,000元/公斤=20,000,000元！
兩千萬！這是每天的直升機費用。當然，目前都是警消以及軍方的直升機在運作，也許可以算個成本價，打個五折好了，那麼每天大概也要一千萬元啊！
這...姑且不管這這麼龐大的成本，還有本應該用在珍貴的緊急救災和戰備工作的直升機大量消耗在這種無止盡的運送物資，連飛行員的生命安全也要考慮啊！上次不是才摔了架直升機、犧牲了三位空勤人員寶貴的生命嗎？
政府機關的首長們啊！不能因為那是公帑就可以這樣慷他人之慨；而且更不能為了討好民眾，就用公家資源這樣的浪費。用點強制手段把災民暫時安置在平地不是更經濟也更安全嗎？可以在道路搶通之後再送災民回家不是更好？幹嘛要搞這種看起來浩浩蕩蕩好像有在做事，其實只是另一個父子騎驢左右為難的寓言實現，想要多方討好卻慷國庫之慨的糟糕行徑！

傳說巨神 伊甸王
OBA。
一陣子沒更新文章了，實在也是有點忙，也沒啥時間畫插畫；加上我的T400筆電安裝的VISTA出了些問題，索性系統更新，砍掉重練...

殺很大血腥很多的＂魔法公主＂中也只敢搞出個＂獻出山獸神的頭顱而免於一死＂的闔家歡樂大結局。這也是跟富野合作過的安彥良和老師為何批判＂魔法公主＂最後五分鐘看不下去的理由。
